hermusery: Regarding the workout, today I maxed out the stacks on the adduction/abduction machine. My trainer is not sure how to proceed. Moving into deep power squats and weighted sled pushing. I’m also a fan of the floor wiper, which looks a bit like this. They really have done a number on my lower abs, which are, coincidentally, connected to my pelvic floor.
In short, the new routine is going well. I feel myself getting harder by the moment, sweating in streams in front and back. Even my shorts get damp.
The lace and nylon, luckily, stretches to accomodate. I’m still looking for someone to help stretch me out at home—someone to press my legs apart until I beg him to stop. Someone to hold my arms back and bend me over backwards, pulling moaning release out of my muscles. If anyone comes to mind, do send him my information and regards.
